Cleaning and Sanitizing
Frequent disinfecting and surface cleaning will be done in high traffic areas (check-in
areas, service centers, and bathrooms). Additional sanitizer stations will also be added
throughout the facility.
Personal Protective Equipment
Facemasks are suggested for both attendees and exhibitors. Complimentary face masks
will be available for anyone who does not have their own and wishes to wear one.
Social Distancing
Signage and floor decals will be placed throughout the show encouraging six feet of
social distancing, with a particular focus on high traffic areas. An additional 2’ will also
be added between booths to create more spacing.
Upgraded Ventilation & Air Filtration System
Cobb Galleria has upgraded its ventilation and air filtration system to scrub and circulate
fresh air throughout the building.
One-way Traffic Flow
Floor markers will direct one-way traffic flow, beginning at one point of entry into the
show.
Minimizing Contact
Printed materials will be reduced and made available digitally in order to minimize
contact. Our attendee stickers, typically handed out at check-in, will take a temporary
timeout. We recommend exhibitors to utilize our electronic lead system, or using hand
written notes with provided lead pads.
Contactless Check-in
To minimize contact between attendees and show staff, we have installed protective
barriers at all check-in counters. Pre-registered attendees can simply check-in verbally
with their first and last name.
Extended Show Hours
Show hours will be extended to decrease traffic density on the show floor.
All persons who have experienced cold or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, and a new loss of taste or smell) in the last 14 days or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the previous 14 days are required to stay at home.

We will continue to provide the D2P community with Atlanta show updates as we approach the August 12 & 13 dates.

Thank you.
